Our individual confidential coaching sessions are conducted over the phone, which makes them efficient and more affordable compared to face-to-face meetings. Shadow Coaching is a process in which I will spend a minimum of three days to a week shadowing you as you go about your day to day business activities, providing confidential just in time coaching, if required, and/or providing a coaching session at the end of each business day.
